Staying at the hotel was a truly memorable experience. The rooms were everything we hoped for - beautiful, comfortable, and a great place to 'escape' while still enjoying the Venetian surroundings. The service was exceptional, from the helpful staff behind the reception desk to the complimentary water taxi to Murano. The location was ideal, allowing us to explore various attractions within easy reach. Although the dining options were convenient, they were slightly overpriced. Overall, a great value for money stay with some minor drawbacks.
